 .... let's suppose that you are not a fashion victim, that you are not interested in fashion so much....is it really so easy to distinguish between the two styles?
.....supponiamo che non siete vittime della moda, che non siete così interessati a questo mondo.... è davvero così semplice distinguere tra questi due stili?

That - of course - is NOT a copy. That is - in my opinion - a pattern. Something that reminds something else. The question is: does every stylist have the right to create patterns or - at that level - if you pay so much for an item you should have "one of a kind"?

Questo NON è copiare. A mio modesto avviso è quel che gli inglesi chiamano appunto "pattern" ovvero uno schema ricorrente. In altre parole una cosa che ne ricorda un'altra. La domanda è: ogni stilista ha il diritto di poter utilizzare uno schema ricorrente oppure - a questi livelli - se paghi così tanto per un capo questo deve essere unico?
